Beachcomber Special Offers - Save £££ in 2010

Weddings take place Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays). We will need to plan in advance as we are required to give the Supreme Court at least one month’s notice. We also suggest you are in the Seychelles for at least three working days before your wedding date.

Wedding Packages

Before you go
We require 2 copies of the following documents from you at least 8 weeks before you depart the UK:

Copies of passports and copies of birth certificates
Decree absolute (if divorced), Deed Poll (if name has changed)
Copies of adoption papers if applicable
Copies of former marriage certificate if widowed and copies of former spouse’s death certificate.
Non English documentation must be translated into English and duly stamped
One signed copy of the Beachcomber Wedding Application form
You must also take with you two passport photos each plus the originals of all the above documents.

Oh - and remember to pack the rings!

Wedding outfits take up part of your luggage allowance. We recommend that you have your wedding dress professionally boxed and marked fragile if your outfits are going into the hold of the plane.

When in Seychelles
When you arrive on Sainte Anne Island your wedding planner will meet up with you to plan your special day. You’ll choose your wedding location – your wedding can take place anywhere in the resort, and usually late afternoon (1500 to 1600hrs) as it is cooler at this time of day, the light is also better for photographs, and you can take advantage of the sun setting over the Indian Ocean.

Two witnesses are required and the hotel will happily provide witnesses if necessary.
The wedding coordinator will book your treats included in your Beachcomber wedding package and can arrange any extras you may require from photography, a DVD, flowers, hairdressing to live music.
The hotel will also provide a CD player for you to play your chosen music on if required.
