L'ABONDANCE
Main restaurant overlooking the beach and the swimming pool.

The setting is exotic and the atmosphere relaxed and casual. The restaurant leads onto an expansive paved terrace and the beach beyond which is shaded by a grove of coconut trees. The emphasis is on outdoor dining. Tables will be laid under the trees to enhance the ultimate island atmosphere.

7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Served buffet style offering a variety of local fruits, cereals, home-made bread, pastries and a selection of traditional hot breakfast dishes.
Lunch
12.30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Dress code: Very casual.
Menus include a large selection of local seafood and shellfish. Lunch offers a selection of creative salads, trendy sandwiches, seafood and meat specialities.
Dinner
7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Dress code: Smart casual.
"A la Carte" menus are on offer five evenings per week. A selection of varied and interesting menu choices are offered which fall within the half-board tariff. Guests wishing to choose speciality dishes from a separate menu may do so at a supplementary charge.

Two theme buffets are arranged each week. The Creole buffet features typical Seychellois cuisine based on a variety of local products ranging from "Coeur de Cocotier" or "Crabe Giraffe". The weekly "Seafood Temptation Dinner" offers the freshest seafood delicacies.

LE MONT FLEURI
Italian cuisine - Daily specialities - Grill facilities.

Le Mont Fleuri is located on the most exotic site of the island. The restaurant opens directly onto the beach. Set into a giant granite rock face, wooden decks link three thatched dining areas which are suspended on stilts over the gentle lapping waters of the sea. Le Mont Fleuri has a typically Mediterranean atmosphere and guests are welcomed by freshly baked crusty bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the table and other special touches to set the scene for fine dining.

Superb cuisine served à la carte featuring specialities from Italy and Southern France. Menus are varied and offer a variety of unusual dishes which fall within the half-board tariff. A weekly "Brunch Extravaganza" is served every Sunday when guests serve themselves directly from the grill assisted by the chefs. Guests wishing to choose speciality dishes from a separate menu may do so at a supplementary charge.

L'OCÉANE
Alfresco dining under thatched pavilions, toes in the sand - The Restaurant is located on the beach facing L'Abondance. The menu is mainly composed of grilled fish, fresh seafood and traditional Creole recipes.
Lunch is A la Carte and Dinner (on reservation - 24 seats only) 6 evenings a week. Choose from Half-board set menu or A la Carte with supplement.

LE ROBINSON
The beach beneath the deck of Le Mont Fleuri restaurant provides an intimate 20-seat venue called Le Robinson. Lined with granite rocks and trees, the restaurant opens for Dinner on reservation only (6 evenings a week) and offers a Discovery Menu with supplement.

LE SANS-SOUCI BAR
Open from 10 a.m. to midnight.
A lunch menu is available from 12.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.


TAKAMAKA BEACH BAR
Situated on the beach called Anse Tortue or Turtle Bay.
With breathtaking views over small islets such as Moyenne Island, Round Island, Cerf Island and Long Island, it provides a natural setting where guests can sit with their toes in the sand, in the shade of a centuries-old takamaka tree.


BEACH SERVICE
Drinks may be ordered by guests while they are on the beach.

Room service is available from 6:30am to 11pm. A menu is available in each villa.

As Sainte Anne is in the marine park, the following non-motorised sports are available:

SCUBA DIVING
On site CMAS affiliated dive centre - open daily with up to 3 dives a day (except Sunday). Night dives on request. All equipment available to hire, costs per dive vary according to number of dives taken. CMAS courses are available at an extra cost.
