L'ABONDANCE
Main restaurant overlooking the beach and the swimming pool.
The setting is exotic and the atmosphere relaxed and casual. The restaurant leads onto an expansive paved terrace and the beach beyond which is shaded by a grove of coconut trees. The emphasis is on outdoor dining. Tables will be laid under the
trees to enhance the ultimate island atmosphere.

Breakfast
7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Served buffet style offering a variety of local fruits, cereals, home-made bread, pastries and a selection of traditional hot breakfast dishes.
Lunch
12.30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Dress code: Very casual.
Menus include a large
selection of local seafood and shellfish. Lunch offers a selection of creative salads, trendy sandwiches, seafood and meat specialities.
Dinner
7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Dress code: Smart casual.
"A la Carte" menus are on offer five evenings per week. A selection of varied and interesting menu choices are offered which fall within the
half-board tariff. Guests wishing to choose speciality dishes from a separate menu may do so at a supplementary charge.
Two theme buffets are arranged each week. The Creole buffet features typical Seychellois cuisine based on a variety of local products ranging from "Coeur de Cocotier" or "Crabe Giraffe". The weekly "Seafood
Temptation Dinner" offers the freshest seafood delicacies.
LE MONT FLEURI
Italian cuisine - Daily specialities - Grill facilities.
Le Mont Fleuri is located on the most exotic site of the island. The restaurant opens directly onto the beach. Set into a giant granite rock face, wooden decks link three thatched dining areas which are suspended on stilts over the
gentle lapping waters of the sea. Le Mont Fleuri has a typically Mediterranean atmosphere and guests are welcomed by freshly baked crusty bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the table and other special touches to set the scene for fine dining.

varied and offer a variety of unusual dishes which fall within the half-board tariff. A weekly "Brunch Extravaganza" is served every Sunday when guests serve themselves directly from the grill assisted by the chefs. Guests wishing to choose speciality dishes from a separate menu may do so at a supplementary charge.

SAINTE ANNE SPA BY CLARINS
|
The Spa is nestled in a quiet spot among the island's lush vegetation, to enhance the calm and soothing ambience. Products of the Paris cosmetic house, CLARINS, have been chosen as the preferred product range for beauty treatments.
The facilities available at the health centre include:
2 hammams, 2 saunas, 3 massage
parlours, chiropodist, manicurist, hairdressing,
balneotherapy, open gymnasium and a closed gymnasium with cardio equipment.
It is recommended to pre book treatments in advance.

MINICLUB
|
Open everyday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for children aged between 3 and 12 years old, the miniclub proposes indoor games as well as outdoor activities carried out under full-time supervision. Children will take their meals at the main restaurant.
Baby-sitting facilities can be arranged upon a 24 hour
prior notice.
