One of the archipelago's most far-flung islands, Alphonse Island lies in the heart of the Indian Ocean, 7° South of the Equator and 450 kms South West of Mahé. Alphonse Island Resort is a gorgeous coral atoll in southern Seychelles and belongs to the Amirantes group of islands.
Once just a lonely mid-ocean coconut plantation, this idyllic outpost of serenity offers a magical retreat for comfort loving escapists.
Its extensive reefs, tranquil lagoon and steep underwater walls provide the perfect ingredients for superlative fishing and diving. Fly fishermen travel from around the world to experience the unique
opportunity of catching a record-breaking Bonefish at nearby St. Francis Island. Special packages are available on request.
Alphonse's beautiful uninhabited neighbour Bijoutier, is a desert island paradise, with the most beautiful beach - but no bar or restaurant. Armed with a picnic, spend the day castaway on this Indian Ocean gem.
The hotel is located on the East
side of the island and features 25 Individual Chalets and 5 Executive Villas, built alongside the lagoon and the beach. The design offers a superb combination of luxury and originality to create a unique ambience.
