To have & to hold... In tropical paradise
To decide to marry somewhere as exotic as Mauritius is truly thrilling and to ensure you enjoy the euphoria of your forthcoming celebration, a dedicated team in the UK will help you plan your wedding.
You may opt to have the simplest of beach ceremonies with two local witnesses, or you may want something more elaborate with guests who have joined you for the occasion.
You must book as far ahead as possible to ensure the date of your choice.
Weddings are held 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, except public holidays, but you must be on the island a minimum of 3 days prior to your chosen wedding date, in order to complete the necessary formalities.
As weddings are such special events, we suggest you make it all the more memorable by treating yourself to a cabin upgrade or a suite in your hotel, and why not opt for a stylish helicopter transfer available to some of the hotels?
The best time for your wedding is late afternoon because it is cooler. The light at this time of day is also better for photographs and you can take advantage of a magnificent sunset backdrop and continue the celebration with a superb, romantic dinner.
Bear in mind the sub-tropical climate when choosing your wedding outfits, whether you prefer a formal or informal style, lightweight fabrics are preferable, and ensure that they are packed professionally in hard suitcases.
At all the hotels we will arrange to have your outfits pressed for you. Please also be aware that your outfits make up part of your baggage allowance and that some airlines make an excess baggage charge.
Of all Beachcomber's stunning beach resorts, we would particularly recommend the Trou Aux Biches as it is perhaps the most romantic resort with its lovely gardens. The Dinarobin is also a wonderful setting and you can have its famous Martello Tower dressed up for your ceremony according to your specifications.
Those who choose the Dinarobin, Paradis, Trou Aux Biches or Shandrani for their wedding will save on the bride's accommodation or at Le Victoria, Le Canonnier and Le Mauricia. Sainte Anne Resort Seychelles
To qualify, you must stay in the resort for a minimum of 7 nights.
Honeymoon discount is also available for guests who join the bride and groom for their special day at the same hotel. |

The fee is payable with the deposit and is non-refundable.

While on holiday in Mauritius, you will be shown around the resort so that you can choose the location for your ceremony.
Optional extras include getting married on a Catamaran (or similar) offshore.
For example, you can choose a colour scheme and arrange a video or live musicians. Your co-ordinator will also arrange flowers, a photographer, a manicure, make-up and a hairdressing appointment if you wish.
Please remember to bring a tape recording of any music you wish to have played at the civil ceremony.
From this day forward... A blissful Honeymoon
All couples honeymooning will receive exotic fruit and a half bottle of Champagne in their room (Except Royal Palm).
You can also celebrate your marriage with a romantic candlelit seafood dinner and wine with our compliments (Except Royal Palm wedding).
