La Caravelle
This is the main restaurant at Trou aux Biches, with fabulous views of the Indian Ocean from its position next to the beach. The restaurant features “Live cooking stations” creating amazing interaction with guests and unveil a whole new world of exciting culinary discoveries from a variety of theme buffets. The tentative exotic tastes of local cuisine are also prepared live revealing flavours and colours to delight one’s eyes and palate.

L'Oasis
The poolside restaurant offers meals and snacks throughout the day with pancakes being a firm favourite. In the evening, it glows in the warmth of romantic candlelight and serves dinner à la carte and table d'hôte menus. Guests may dine on the terrace, enjoying unbeatable views of the ocean.

L'Espadon
Small beach restaurant serving a light cuisine, based on traditional island specialities including fresh grilled seafood in an authentic tropical seaside ambience. “A la Carte” for lunch and dinner.

L'Oasis Bar - La Caravelle Bar - Golf Bar

Entertainment
Resident band every night, sega dancing, shows and theme evenings.
The Casino is open every night (under separate management).

Dress Code - Elegant casual clothes are required for dining in the evening and gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers. The hotel requests that clients do not wear jeans in the restaurants for dinner.
