The Suites are designed to fully absorb and appreciate the outstanding scenery of the island, opening up on to spacious terraces which evolve into twenty five acres of lush tropical gardens and a turquoise lagoon and crystal-clear ocean.
All rooms and suites feature a small living area, the interior retains the simplicity and mood of the 20's era, with gracious beige silk and white linen beds, en suite marbled bathrooms with separate bath and shower and vast walk in wardrobes, private terrace or balcony, air-conditioning, satellite TV, music channels, mini-bar, room safe, hairdryer.
All accommodations have their own private butler and 24 hour room
service.
For larger parties, there is also a selection of One Bedroom Senior Suites and Two Bedroom Royal Suites.
There is a variety of dining options.
The Plantation, on a spectacular ocean front setting, serves fresh seafood and Creole cuisine for lunch and dinner, and evening entertainment takes place several nights a week.
The Dining Room offers delicious breakfasts and romantic candle lit suppers with authentic menus inspired by the flavours and spices of the island, accompanied by the sounds of live piano music.
The Verandah serves light lunches by the pool, like the Plantation, it is an intimate affair and provides snacks and delectable ice creams.
As the sun embraces the ocean, enjoy an exotic cocktail in the lounge
setting of The Bar, melt into the night to the sound of piano melodies or dance beneath the stars to a live jazz band.
The Sanctuary Spa offers nine treatment rooms, one is located in the gardens facing the sea.
The Spa is secreted under the hotel in a beautifully decorated area of gently lit corridors.
Two rooms are dedicated to treatments using cosmetic products from La Prairie.
The Sanctuary is dedicated entirely to the body and soul and includes half and full day programmes tailored to the individual.
Ease away the stresses of every day life with treatments such as massage, reflexology and unwind in the sauna and steam room (treatments extra).
Alternatively, you can work-out in the Fitness Centre or partake in one of the many
complimentary watersports.
Recreational facilities at The Residence include a swimming pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, water-skiing, windsurfing, hobie cat, canoe, kayak, snorkelling, paddle boats, glass bottom boat, 3 tennis courts, aerobics and volleyball.
At extra cost: deep sea fishing, catamaran cruise, scuba diving, boat rental and horse riding.
Other facilities include boutiques, hairdresser, baby sitting service (extra cost) and a children's Club for 3-12 year olds (open 9.30am-10pm).
