Dining Facilities at The Residence
The Plantation, on a spectacular ocean front setting, serves fresh seafood and Creole cuisine for lunch and dinner, and evening entertainment takes place several nights a week.
The Dining Room offers delicious breakfasts and romantic candle lit suppers with authentic menus inspired by the flavours and spices of the island, accompanied by the sounds of live piano music.
The Verandah serves light lunches by the pool, like the Plantation, it is an intimate affair and provides snacks and delectable ice creams.
