76 Junior Suites (70 m² surface area):
In units of a maximum of 8 suites with thatch roof, located either at ground level, or first floor. There are also 8 Junior Suites built on stilts on a natural fish reserve.
The location of the Junior Suites can be along the beach, or in the tropical garden facing the sea, by the lagoon, or on stilts (swimming is prohibited in the natural fish reserve).

Le Prince Maurice Senior Suites comprise of one living room with dinning/sitting area, walk-in closet, outdoor soaking bath and terrace. Full bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

12 Senior Suites (130 m² surface area):
Individual villa type with thatched roof.
- 9 on ground floor level with private swimming pool and direct access to the beach.
- 3 on stilts on the border of the natural fish reserve (without swimming pool).

Princely Suite (350 m² surface area):
Comprising two Junior and one Senior Suite. Inside garden/patio, guests wc, mini kitchen for staff use, terrace/dinning area and a swimming pool.
Right on the beach, secluded for privacy, the Princely Suite also benefits from three individual terraces.
