The most impressive of these are the two Royal Villas each with a 650 m² compound. In a lush garden is the very spacious living room/study pavilion and a separate bedroom and bathroom pavilion with two showers (one with jet massage) plus an outdoor shower.

The Oberoi Terrace Pavilions are equally luxurious and each having an area of 70m². The spacious bedroom includes a generous sitting area, and the marble bathroom with sunken bath looks onto a walled garden. There is an outdoor terrace for private dining.

There are two floodlit tennis courts and two swimming pools both adjacent to the beach, where a wide range of free activities include wind-surfing, water-skiing, pedalo, kayak, snorkelling and hobbie cats. With a supplement: deep-sea fishing, deep-sea diving, para-sailing, catamaran and speed-boat excursions.
Golf and horse riding are also available nearby.
