All the public rooms overlook the azure lagoon. With only 73 rooms in total, a sense of exclusivity and style prevails. The hotel accommodation includes 2 Royal Villas and 23 Luxury Villas. 16 Luxury Villas have their own private swimming pools including the Royal Villas. The pools are heated during the winter months. The hotel
also has 48 Luxury Pavilions.
Each luxury Villa is located in a lush garden, providing undisturbed privacy.

Winding paths punctuated with vibrant artwork lead you through tropical gardens to beautifully appointed villas and terrace pavilions.
The raised open-air pavilion with its thatched roof and natural teak furniture is an invitation to an al fresco breakfast or romantic dinner. Within the private environment of the courtyard, most villas have
a private swimming pool made of volcanic rock. The luxury villa interiors are understated in their subtle colour schemes, natural fabrics and original artwork.
The most impressive of these are the two Royal Villas each with a 650 mē compound. In a lush garden is the very spacious living room/study pavilion and a separate bedroom and bathroom pavilion with two showers (one
with jet massage) plus an outdoor shower. The dining gazebo overlooks the large private pool. Both Royal Villas have uninterrupted views of the sea.
The Terrace Pavilions are equally luxurious and each having an area of 70mē. The spacious bedroom includes a generous sitting area, and the marble bathroom with a sunken bath looks onto a walled garden. There is an outdoor
terrace for private dining and relaxation.
All the rooms are furnished to an exceptionally high standard with modern amenities.
The open-air thatched roof Restaurant, with views of the sparkling ocean, offers a wide range of cuisines. The Master Chef's blend of Creole, Oriental flavours and European dishes are complemented by an impressive wine list. The ambience is
just perfect for a wholesome breakfast or a romantic candle lit dinner.
The Bar at The Oberoi offers an enjoyable experience with a jazz band highlighting the ambience with refined tunes. Exciting cocktails, refreshing long drinks, tropical sorbets and an extensive selection of quality wines are on offer. Watch the glorious sunset while sipping on your favourite cocktail.
The
Lagoon Pool Restaurant offers other dining options at the two swimming pools from light snacks to refreshing salads, pastas and pizzas and even an exciting beach barbecue. Exotic cocktails are also available to complement the experience.
The Wine and Cigar Lounge houses an outstanding selection of wines from well known vineyards of France, California, Spain, Australia, Italy
and South Africa, waiting to be sampled in this secluded 18th century ruin. This venue can also be used as a small conference room or private dining room for wedding guests.
During the day, relax and unwind at the beautiful Oberoi Spa run by Banyan Tree. The luxury Spa offers the following facilities: two double Spa Suites, three single Therapy rooms, one Shirodhara Room,
steam rooms, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, fully equipped gymnasium, beauty and hair salon. Ayurveda, aromatherapy and hydrotherapy treatments are all available. It is strongly recommended to make a reservation well in advance to avoid disappointment, especially in high season.

There are two floodlit tennis courts and two swimming pools both adjacent to the beach, where a wide range of free activities include wind-surfing, water-skiing, pedalo, kayak, snorkelling and hobbie cats. With a supplement: deep-sea fishing, deep-sea diving, para-sailing, catamaran and speed-boat excursions. Golf and horse riding are also
