Whether eating in casual wear beside the beach or more formally in the main restaurant, the key note for dining is island chic. The resort is pleased to offer a host of alternatives to both enhance and personalise each guest’s dining experience.
Reethi Restaurant
The main restaurant on the eastern side of the island, is set in thatched over-water pavilions. Offering a glorious fusion of Far Eastern, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines, and a cellar housing 9,000 bottles of the world's greatest wines, this is alfresco, à la carte dining at its best.
Tapasake
Compared to two of London's top Japanese restaurants, this over-water venue combines incredible sunset views with contemporary Japanese cuisine. In addition to a selection of premium Sakes, the wine list concentrates on the world's best Rieslings, currently taking wine critics by storm. Serving dinner only.
Fanditha
This exotic, boho-chic beachside spot serves a Middle Eastern influenced menu of mezzehs, chargrills and salads - in a chilled ambiance with live DJ entertainment. At the lounge area, guests may laze on divan-style bolsters and Arabic carpets, on bamboo loungers or in woven hammocks. On selected evenings, there are late-night parties under the stars. Open for sunset cocktails and dinner only.
Rah Bar
By day, Rah Bar serves delicious snacks and smoothies to swimmers and sunbathers. By night, it is transformed into a vibrant cocktail bar with live music.
Villa Dining
An extensive villa dining menu is available 24 hours a day. Alternatively, a team of chefs is on call for tailor-made dining in privacy.
One&Only Spa at Reethi Rah
Redefining the concept of the destination spa, the spa is a tranquil island retreat.
Here, well-being consultations are on offer for guests seeking holistic, individualised programmes combining fitness, nutrition, beauty and rejuvenating treatments.

One&Only Reethi Rah features a variety of unique services and facilities in tune with the needs of discerning travellers. With six kilometres of coastline, the size of the island allows for a range of activities both on land and sea.
Water Sports
Acclaimed for its underwater beauty and coral reefs, the Maldives is home to some of the world’s best snorkelling and dive sites. Embark on a dolphin-watching expedition, glide over crystalline waters on a catamaran, or soar into the sky on a parasailing adventure. Other water sports include banana tube rides, canoeing, kayaking, water-skiing and windsurfing. Enjoy island hopping and cocktail cruises, or set out on a deep-sea fishing excursion.
Power Sports
Water-skiing, speed boat hire, parasailing and wakeboarding are just some of the exciting sports available at the Water Sports Centre, with expert tuition to help you get started.
Diving & Snorkelling
At the Reethi Rah Dive Centre, recognised as both a PADI Gold Palm Resort and a PADI National Geographic Dive Centre, a team of experts offer a wide range of PADI-certified dive programmes for adults and children as young
as 8 years old, including a complimentary daily orientation dive. A PADI Open Water Dive qualification can be achieved during a one-week stay. 'Bubblemaker' lessons for younger kids and Discover Scuba programs for pre-teens and older children are also available.
Underwater scooters, digital cameras and camcorders are available for personal use.
The Reethi Rah Dive Centre operates two luxury Dive Dhonis, complete with sun decks, hot showers, robes and refreshments. State-of-the-art equipment includes SCUBAPRO, as well as Bauer and Komptec compressors.
Swimming Pools & Beaches
With 12 beaches and 40 pools, water sports abound on this island paradise.
For more relaxing pursuits, guests may bask in the carved stone bed of the lap pool which stretches out into the ocean, cool in the main pool under swaying palms, or simply indulge in a day of seclusion at a personal stretch of beach.
The adult-only lap pool extends 30 metres out into the lagoon and features a unique bubble bed at one end, while the freeform infinity-edge pool has an internal Jacuzzi.
Children have their own pool at KidsOnly, supervised at all times by a certified lifeguard.
Land Sports
The resort is always buzzing with the energy of island life, and there are dozens of activities to choose from every day. Excitement is just beyond the doorstep of each villa with beach volleyball, football, Pétanque and croquet. Cycling and jogging are great ways to explore the island’s 44 hectares.
The renowned Peter Burwash International Tennis Academy challenges players with professional coaching offered on two floodlit synthetic grass courts atop a sand surface.
Please note that the tennis pro is unavailable during the months of June and July.
Excursions
Day-trips off the island include traditional handline fishing aboard a Maldivian dhoni, luxury atoll cruising in One&Only’s 55-foot yacht (with snorkelling stops and some unique surprise refreshments breaks), private island picnics on the perfectly secluded ‘Robinson Crusoe’ sandbank, epicurean cruising with champagne and caviar, seaplane flights or big game fishing – catch yellow fin tuna, wahoo, and marlin.
Families - Children's / Teenagers' Club
One&Only Reethi Rah is ideally suited for families with its all-villa accommodation. One&Only’s signature KidsOnly programme provides children ages 4 to 11 and teens ages 12 to 17 with an exciting roster of activities. Baby-sitting services are available for a fee.
Children enjoy their own section of the resort with separate dining facilities, a clubhouse and a swimming pool. Activities embrace the island’s natural amenities, including treasure hunts, beach volleyball and football.
Aspiring Mini chefs can learn from the masters with KidsOnly cooking classes at One&Only Reethi Rah, Maldives. Clad in mini chef hats and aprons, kids can learn a range of fun and practical culinary skills in cooking classes held three times a week in different locations around the resort.
